1. Casting and rolling method: The internal structure of cast-rolled aluminium coil belongs to semi-cast structure, and the crystal has strong directionality. Compared with hot rolling method, it has the characteristics of less investment, low cost and high efficiency.
2. Hot rolling method: During the process of large plastic deformation, the internal structure undergoes multiple recovery and recrystallization, and the coarse crystal grains in the as-cast state are broken, the micro-cracks are healed, and the casting and other aspects internal structure of the billet such as size and shape, point defects and line defect concentration change of the homogenized and the crystal grains have been significantly improved, and the as-cast structure is transformed into a deformed structure, which greatly improves the processing performance of the metal.
